Our mission is to provide founders with the access, expertise, and immersion they need to navigate U.S. markets with clarity, confidence, and reduced risk.
Through a structured and evidence-based approach, TAVA helps companies validate their opportunities, build the right networks, understand cultural and operational differences, and take the necessary steps to establish and grow in the U.S. market.
We launched the TAVA Accelerator because too many strong Swiss and European companies hit a ceiling at home, then stumble when they try to enter the US alone. The step from Europe to America is big: different business culture, regulations, funding logic and customer expectations – and no structured bridge in between. At the same time, Southern California and the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, Chapter Southern California, were looking for a better way to connect with high-quality European scaleups, not random “tourists.” TAVA exists to close this gap: to de-risk that first US step, protect value for founders and investors, and turn transatlantic potential into real, sustainable business.
